Cecabank ha celebrado la apertura oficial de su oficina en Luxemburgo con un acto en el Museo de Arte Contemporáneo Mudam, consolidándose como el sexto banco español presente en este centro financiero europeo.

La entidad, especializada en servicios mayoristas para el sector financiero, inició operaciones en el Gran Ducado en marzo y centra su actividad en servicios de depositaría y cuentas de efectivo para fondos del mercado privado.

\n\n\n\n

Durante la ceremonia, el ministro de Finanzas de Luxemburgo, Gilles Roth, destacó la importancia de la presencia española en el país y el papel de Luxemburgo como canalizador de inversiones en Europa. Por su parte, Ainhoa Jáuregui, CEO de Cecabank, subrayó el compromiso de la entidad con este mercado: “Nuestra misión es clara: queremos contribuir valor al ecosistema depositario de Luxemburgo a través de nuestra sólida experiencia y nuestro riguroso enfoque regulatorio”.

La sucursal, dirigida por Brenda Bol, cuenta con un equipo especializado y se suma a los más de 118 bancos que operan en Luxemburgo. Este paso supone una expansión estratégica para Cecabank, reforzando su presencia internacional y su papel como socio de referencia para fondos alternativos.
