The Steering Committee is

the highest body supporting

Cecabank’s management.

In addition to this role, the

Steering Committee has the

following basic responsibilities:

Decide on matters for

direct submission to the Board

of Directors.

Decide on matters that

are submitted by the CEO

prior to approval by the Board

of Directors.

Decide on matters submitted by

the CEO on his own initiative.

Approve the rules of conduct

and internal rules of the

organisation, except those

to be approved by the Board

of Directors.

This committee comprises the

institution’s main executives.

Nevertheless, other employees of

the institution, as required by the

chairman of the Committee, may

attend and speak at meetings, but

not vote.

Scope and functioning

The Steering Committee meets

ahead of the meetings of the

Board of Directors as often as it

is convened by its chairman. The

committee met twenty-one times

in 2014.

Executive Committee

The Executive Committee is a senior

management strategic support body.

The Executive Committee is

the body to which the Steering

Committee’s most significant

functions are delegated. The

Committee comprises the

institution’s chief executive officer,

assistant general managers, and

assistant directors.

The Executive Committee met

twelve times in 2014.
