Verónica Antolínez, Corporate Director of People, Culture and Services Integrals of Cecabank, has signed the agreement with Fundación Integrates that adds to the company to the network Commitment Integrates, formed by more than 80 companies committed to the employment socially responsible.
Verónica has stated: “In Cecabank believe firmly that the people are the centre of everything that we do. Our social commitment is not a punctual stock, but instead part of our DNA. This agreement with Fundación Integrates represents far more than a collaboration: it is an opportunity to contribute to the labour inclusion of who more it need, generating an actual impact and positive in the company”.
The agreement strengthens the initiated collaboration in 2001 and is framed in the Plan of Sustainability and Diversity of Cecabank, aligned with the ODS. Includes:
- Corporate voluntary work in employability programmes as Strengthening School and Integrates-tea.
- Meeting of sensitisation to promote a culture inclusiva.
- Campaigns of internal and external raising awareness.
- Share in spaces of dialogue ESG and consultancy to fulfill the LGD.
With this alliance, Cecabank will contribute to improve the employability of people in severe social exclusion, offering new opportunities to reconstruct its lives via the employment.
