Cecabank has received the award from the Fundación Dintel for the best banking project in 2013 for the FORMS service. It is the first specialist comprehensive service for online reputation management in the financial sector. It includes follow-up reports and recommendations for action, real-time alerts to crises and reputation opportunities. It also manages the bank's response on the internet and social media based on best practices in the international financial sector.

The jury considered three fundamental elements of innovation in this project. Each makes FORMS a pioneering service for the international financial sector. First, it incorporates and quantifies Return on Investment (ROI) on social networks and the internet. All this is based on brand assets and their returns. Secondly, it customises international reputation standards for the sector and each company. It adapts them all to the banking sector, depending on their competence. Finally, it analyses the correlations of corporate reputation with business and customer banking databases and market information.

It is one of the first services to anticipate so-called web 3.0 or semantics. This is possible by automatically detecting the connotation or positive or negative feeling of conversations that happen on the internet for each entity.

Cecabank is the wholesale bank created by CECA to provide services to all financial institutions. It centres its business on three strategic lines: securities services, treasury management and banking services. Its management philosophy is based on the art of the caution, rigour for knowledge and openness to change.
