Cecabank receives the Diversity Leading Company seal for its equality, diversity and inclusion policies

MADRID, 3 JUNE 2022.- Cecabank has been recognised with the prestigious Diversity Leading Company seal, which distinguishes companies that excel in their commitment and work to implement equality, diversity and inclusion policies.

The seal, awarded by Equipos & Talento, falls within the framework of Cecabank's commitment to actively contribute in this area, guaranteeing equal opportunities and promoting the richness of diversity.  Cecabank displays a strong commitment to the attainment of Sustainable Development Goals 5 and 10. The institution, which has implemented an Equality Plan and measures to balance work and family life, has included two lines of development in this area in its 2022-2024 Strategic Plan: "Diversity and new groups" and "Female leadership".

The Diversity & Inclusion Day 22 gala was held on 2 June at the Reina Sofía Museum in Madrid and featured companies, such as Cecabank, which are members of the Empowering Women's Talent and Diversity Leading Company programmes led by Equipos & Talento. The event brought together different professionals with the goal of exchanging experiences in order to continue contributing to improving and evolving management perspectives and models in order to advance towards diversity and inclusion in companies.

During this event, Cecabank also received the Empowering Women's Talent seal as a company committed to female empowerment and leadership.
