The purpose of the processing and its legal basis is to comply with the legal obligations set forth in Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons reporting breaches of Union law, among other rules.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, suppression, limitation, opposition or portability to the Data Protection Officer (DPO), who is the company's Regulatory Compliance Officer. Where you have not satisfactorily exercised your rights, you may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Under no circumstances shall the data be disclosed to third parties unless required by law, and the data shall be stored for as long as necessary until the statute of limitations for legal action has expired
