Verónica Antolínez, Corporate Director of People, Culture and Integrated Services at Cecabank, has signed an agreement with Fundación Integra, bringing the bank into the Compromiso Integra network, which comprises more than 80 companies committed to socially responsible employment.
Verónica stated: “At Cecabank we firmly believe that people are at the heart of everything we do. Our social commitment is not a one-off action, but part of our DNA. This agreement with Fundación Integra represents much more than a collaboration: it is an opportunity to contribute to the employment inclusion of those who need it most, generating a real and positive impact on society”.
The agreement strengthens the collaboration that began in 2001 and forms part of Cecabank’s Sustainability and Diversity Plan, in keeping with the SDGs. It includes:
- Corporate volunteering in employability programmes such as the Strengthening School and Integra-Té.
- Awareness-raising sessions to promote an inclusive culture.
- Internal and external awareness campaigns.
- Participation in ESG dialogue spaces and consultancy to comply with the LGD.
Through this partnership, Cecabank will help improve the employability of people in severe social exclusion, offering new opportunities to rebuild their lives through employment.
